Imagining Your Future
Guide Teams Growing Together
“Imagining Your Future” is a program supporting teams exploring life’s important questions together.
How It Works
There are three members of each team (which we call a “guide team”): a high school or college student, a young adult and an older adult..
Each team commits to regular meetings on a schedule of its choosing to discuss thought-provoking books, articles, videos and exercises described in “modules” on this website.

Resources for Imagining Your Future
The exercises, books, articles and videos available for discussion by the guide teams are inspired by and draw heavily from a secondary school course developed and taught by Peter Vorkink called “Imagining Your Future.” Peter taught this course at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH, where he was an instructor in Religion. Peter is the Resource Adviser for The Harraseeket Foundation.
The Harraseeket Foundation
The Harraseeket Foundation (pronounced “hair-a-SEEK-it”) supports the Imagining Your Future program, and is working with faith and secular communities to build “Pathways” programs that provide intergenerational connection and support for young people. “Imagining Your Future” is a Pathways program.
